We are currently looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager/Snr Mgr/Deputy Director in a high-performing culture to be based in Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Zhongshan/Huizhou, Shandong, etc.. Job description:
Main responsibilities but not limited to the following
- Develop and implement short and long-term strategic sales plans, forecasts, and operating budgets to achieve company objectives (director-level above)
- Identify, prospect and qualify potential customers
- Work closely with Rizhao HQ’s Departments/Xian Team/Beijing Team
- Be responsible for market penetration thru creation of new business opportunities, with marketing team’s help
- Drive and manage sales campaigns: Setting Success criteria for sales campaign, closely work with customer (engineers, group leaders, management), with our R&D, and with our Application Engineers to build and execute the working plan and target for such campaign
- Define sales strategy and create compelling events
- Perform initial qualification of opportunities, involving FAE/Marketing/AEs/R&D/Operation/Finance as needed for supporting technical matters. Once the opportunities are qualified then define, manage and coordinate the sales engagement
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers
- Enter all relevant data into our CRM system (based on Confluence) to track and document sales progress at customers
- Maintain a forecast of projected sales
- Market trends analysis and competition monitoring
- Assist in driving change across the company (director-level above)


Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in acoustic or IC industry and environment
- Good network and available resources in acoustic and relevant application markets
- A technical degree such as BSEE, BSME or BS in electrical & electronic engineering
- Excellent analytical skills& problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems in customer sites
- Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
- Must be results oriented and successful track record
- Acoustic chips professional able to develop & present proposals and system solutions, and close complex application sales with AEs’/R&D’s support
- Willingness to travel within Rizhao, Beijing, ShenZhen and other cities inside GuangDong. Candidates based in Shenzhen and Shandong will be plus
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin. Fluent English is plus
